A slaw burger is a hamburger with cole slaw in place of sweet relish, fry is obviously french fries, and a bottle of skeet is Coke.

Hey Okie-
To my knowledge, the "slaw burger" is a classic burger served with creamy coleslaw on it with a mustard based that originated at Bill's Pool Room and Honey's in Fayetteville TN. But it's well know in the South in general. Fry is obviously well, fries and a bottle of skeet is the classic caramel bottle design of Coca Cola. :) Talk to you later!

Kentucky Head Hunters....Let's All Go Down To Dumas Walker's...Dumas had a little joint somewhere in Kentucky..He served Slawburger(hamburger dressed with cole slaw, fries and a bottle of Skeet...I saw a special on the cooking channel...skeet is a form of soft drink, made locally in this little town in Kentucky..sorry can't remember the town's name.
Dumas Walker died about 4 or 5 years ago. (Yes, he was real).
