i have this home work and its about fragment sentence and it says to turn it into a complete sentence

is it ok if i write:

Having studied all my notes for the test, I will surly pass

"Having studies all my notes for the test, I am sure of passing," looks better.

surly should be surely. Otherwise, looks great!

It doesn't sound right for some reason.
I would try refrasing the statement.

Yes, that works, although you might want to spell "surely" correctly.
