They do not have the time to screen all submissions, however they do screen videos that are reported. "Is it ok to submit a slide show of images found on the web...?

The laws concerning violation of copyright do not hinge on if money is made by the infringement. Just look at the cases with shared music. The money made (or not) only has impact on the civil penalties that the copyright holder can sue you for.
