17$ is fairly inexpensive already; if you have a Ross around, definitely try that, or TJMax or some other kind of outlet stores.

Kohl's sometimes has really good sales where clothing is up to 70% off. Sure, the selection is smaller, but you could try it anyway.
Also try Ross, TJMaxx, Marshall's, and stores like that.
