Spicy in everywhere except New Orleans :) I'm from there and their mild is basically everyone else's spicy. You don't know spicy until you've had Popeyes /real/ New Orleans style!

Both but most times I get spicy and only white meat. I hate chicken legs and thighs. Oh and when I get my chicken from Popeyes I always ask for a sweet and sour sauce to use for dipping my chicken. It might sound weird or nasty but it taste really good.
