I've always been fascinated by the praying mantis! They are lightening quick, resourceful and stealthy.

Spiders also fascinate me! Creatures that build webs...its just so interesting!

What insect do you like and why?

Dragonflies - odonates may serve as umbrella species in biodiversity conservation because they are susceptible to habitat changes induced by human activities. I've spent the summer surveying them in my area.

I guess beetles are not insects, but dung beetles are my favorite. We would be in lots of trouble without them eating up their favorite food.

Ants.

Just can't get rid of the little guys. Can't even hide from them.

I would say a butterfly because they are beautiful and graceful.

I would have to say butterflies, because they are just SO PRETTY!!!!

BTW I don't think spiders are insects.......
but they ARE pretty cool!
