That happened to me this morning it was so weird. Dreams can be really powerful.

yes on sunday i woke up crying but i was crying in my dream it was just really sad (it was about losin my dad)

Yes, this happened 2-3 times. When I woke up there were tears in my eyes and still felt like crying.

YES! This happened to me twice. I had actual tears too. I even had a dream I was being chased and I woke up panting, I was out of breath.

Yea, that happens a lot actually. I once drempt that I had a spider on me, and I woke up jumping around on my friends bed screaming 'get it off'

actually no but i have had a dream when i was singing kate nash's song, foundations
when i woke up "my fingertips are holding onto the cracks in our foundations i know that i should let go but i can't" its just so weird!

I went thrugh this about 10 years ago,for about a year.My wife had died,and I think this was my spirits sub conscious way of dealing with my need to mourn.
It usually affected my whole day,and I came to refer to them as ,"blue days."
It made me incapable of concentration,and I'd often times,call in for a 'personal day' out of work.
I've been ,"blue day" free for quite a while now.
Your's will pass too.

once i had a dream where i was running from this darkness behind me, just as i got to this door, which had such unknown deeper meaning, i fell and was consumed by the darkness. as i fell, i also rolled out of bed and jerked myself awake.

Not actual tears, but so upset, I was almost sobbing out loud.
