The space shuttle takes about 2 days to launch to and catch up to the ISS.

The ascent to orbit is only about 20 minutes. So they could get there alot faster, but it needs to be a safe steady approach so it takes about 2 days.

It usually takes a day or two after the Shuttle launches until it docks with the ISS (International Space Station ). But it would depend on the exact orbital details. In theory, if they waited for just the right time, they could launch and then dock in only about 2 hours. But opportunities to do that for the ISS are very rare, maybe a few times a year. This is because the ISS is in a highly inclined orbit.
