I would like to see Stephen Fry or Jeremy Paxman operate as a sewerage worker for a while.

I'd have them be a maid, so they can see how much work they have to do and be respectful and appreciate the ones they have. Or else I'd have them work in a humane society so they can sympathize with them and give a little of that huge amount of money they have towards a good cause.
