It is NOT your position to tell her. You can't be 100 % sure anyway unless you actually witnessed them making out or having sex. The only way you can confess is if she comes to you and flat out asks you if you have seen anything unusual.

Julie is right, it's a no win situation. However, if you are close with her, friends and not just acquantances, you should tell her but most importantly, what proof do you have? If you aren't friends, are not close in ANY way, it would be better to stay out of it and leave it alone. It's nice that you are concerned but even if you are friends, there is a chance she won't believe you or will confront him, he'll deny it, they'll stay together and then you will have alot of tension with your neighbors. This happened, something similar within my family, and if telling the truth within a family can turn bad, imagine the potential for strangers.
maybe just go with your gut and stay strong about it, but be a good friend to her if needed if you tell her. But remember, if you are not friends in any way, then the answer is a definite no. Up to you to figure out, hopefully you make the right choice because there is no turning back after the damage is done. I personally would want to know if my bf or husband was cheating, however having detailed information or proof to back it up would make ME feel better. Especially considering that the odds are a good 99.9% chance that the guy will not admit to it and brainwash the woman into thinking she's crazy or imagining things. Just a thought.
good luck.

you really need to stay out of it. I know you think you would be doing the right thing by telling his wife. But she probably already knows, or she doesn't want to know.
Just imagine how embarrassed and humiliated she would be to have a neighbor tell her something so bad.
Not only will you alienate the low life husband if you tell her, but you will alienate her also, she will never be able to look you straight in the eye again.
Trust he will get caught with or without your help

Do what you would like to be done to you if YOU were being cheated on…
write the wife a letter anonymously and drop it in the mail.

Are you closer friends with the wife or the husband?? Would you risk that friendship by getting involved in this domestic situation??
I would personally talk to the husband - let him know that, "Hey... *I* figured it out ... how long do you think it'll take for your wife to figure it out?"
If you're really close to the wife - she has a right to know. (Especially if the husband is having unprotected sex with his mistress ... who knows what he might be bringing home)

Nada. I wouldnt go near that one. We live on an Army base so we see it ALL the time and guess what we do? Look the other way! If it is not hurting you, then just leave it be. It could cause problems for you that are unseen for now.

you have to make a decision can you live with yourself if he gets some kind of bad STD or HIV AIDS and then give it to his faithful wife? or do you wan to tell her so she can avoid any kind of STD... that may come from this. I know this is an extreme but this could happen tell her so she know and so the husband gets what he deserves if he is really cheating. hard decision but if it were you would you like to know or be kept int he dark?? good luck

Why would you even care? If she is a friend, that is one thing, but if she is only a neighbor, then do nothing. If you must do something, drop an anonymous letter.

Stay out of it. Either she won't believe you or she will be mad at you because you told her. You are in a "no win" situation. Look the other way. She probably knows and has not made a decision as to what she should do about it.

Tell her with an unsigned note dropped in her mailbox. That way she won't be embarrassed to look at you. She should know. The people who say don't tell are having affairs.
