I'm a senior in highschool and I have a part time job... I don't have time to exercise...I would really like some help...

Cut down on the food and drink tons of water. Diet and exercise are the best ways though because in encourages a healthy lifestyle.

1-Drink four glass of water (about 60ml) every morning before EATING ANYTHING. Wait for 2-hours before you take any food.

2-prefer boiled meat (chicken_Lamb fat free) include more green salad in your menu.

Check your weight scale after 21-days.
However, EXERCISES DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU DO HEAVY JOGGING, PUSH UPS AND DOWN etc.
This could be an easy 1/2 an hour walk any time daily.

You can reduce your caloric intake (eat less). it will take like FOREVER to loose it too. Fat goes on the body really easy like, but it takes exercise to remove at any decent rate. Run 9/10 miles a week for a few months while reducing your intake. (if you can) this will work.

cut down on the sugars don't dry too much juce even is it's natural and don't drink any soda but drink lots of water at lease 8 glasses a day

Decrease your calories DRASTICALLY and avoid foods with sugars and fats.

However without some sort of exercising, it will take quite a while.
