Is it just me or do they have to keep saying that the are still the best team in base even though they are clearly not. Do Yankee fans realize that the BEST team in baseball would probably lead at least their own division. What the H3LL is wrong with them?

rhuzzy, I live in New England and I've been a Sox fan my whole life.
It's just the opposite for us, the Yankee fans are very obnoxious, but also very silent right now (which is a great thing.)

What's wrong with believing in your own team? You have to be positive or what's the sense of being a fan of any team? I hear the same thing from all fans no matter who they root for. Why do Yankee haters always have to single out the Yankees? That tells me just one thing. Everyone wishes their team was as successful as the Yankees.

they are ignorant and obnoxious thats wats wrong with them.they always claim that they are the best team even after they lose 16-0 i mean how pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!they just get caught up in the whole"yankees always make the post-season"thing that they dont even think before they open their mouths.they havent even had or shared a lead in their division this year. right now they are hardly hanging on for the wildcard yet they still think they are the best team in baseball.their pitching sucks,their team sucks and their fans too. so there goes.

All Yankee fans are Cocky, A**Holes. That's just the way it is. I am a Red Sox fan and Yankee fan Hater equally.

You would probably not be a Red Sox fan if you lived down here with me in New england. The Boston fans are the reason I am a yankees fan.
Not all yanks fans are dissilusioned, some of us are grounded, but its hard to say that they won't be there in the end, so yanks fan has a lot of faith. Interpreted into obnoxious behavior by the rest.

Every year is different but to a true fan of a team whatever sport it is you want to believe that your team is the best in that sport. If you don't think like that then youre not a fan. This year is no different. We came in with high expectations and until its over it aint over.
You have to admit that the Yankees are the most successful franchise in all of sport.

Many Yankee fan are obnoxious and cocky. Not all. The ones that say there team is the best are completely wrong. If you would like to compare them position by position to any other elite team in the league they would not match up.

They are all alike.
Even after getting killed 16-0, they still try to "protect" there team.
Yankees suck, they always will suck to me.
Yankees fans have no problem saying there team is better than everyone else's but when they lose they cant take it.

Yes, they are all alike, the team could be in the toilet and the fans are still shooting their mouths off. I imagine they are pretty quiet today, though, after Detroit. You WOULD think they would at least lead in their own division, wouldnt' you??? ROFLMAO
EDIT--ever notice how they bring up past World Series? Like that MEANS ANYTHING this year?? LOL And Rhuzzy, I DO live in New England. I don't know where you live, but I always tell the Yank fans that if their team is so great, why not MOVE to New York?
