65 days ago my sargent and comander took away my driving privliages until futher notice due to me getting arrested off post for a burn out. a feild grade artical 15 last 45 days, plus 45 days of restriction. i have not been convicted or recieved a ticket of any sort and no documentation stating that my privilages have been rovoked other than my high risk counsling sheets. are then any army regs that state the length of punishment and or the comanders ability to restict my privliages of post, when the inccident was off post and was completly un realated to the military. any information would be appreciated.

The base commander can permanently revoke your privileges to drive on base. The base commander does not need a conviction by any other court to do so. Since you are a member of the US Army, anything you do is related to the military.

Actually, WRECKLESS driving is good. I suspect you mean RECKLESS driving.
