Those nerve agents should never have been placed any where in proximity to populated areas. Only a fool like gwb would make such a decision to move them after the fact. They should move the incineration plant to the site where the agent is currently positioned and start destroying it immediately!

How do you propose we get those agents from various locales throughout the U.S. to the depot in Utah where they can be incinerated? That depot is not a secret location. Neither is the one on Johnston Island in the Pacific which was shut down recently after completing its task.

And how many people know if and when those trains carrying that VX will pass through their backyards? I know it will pass by my house (only because of an article in a local newspaper) but I have no way of knowing when.

Yes i think it is. i don't think we would want terrorist to know where it is. if the people were told the information would spread like wildfire. there are somethings that are better not known. Good Question.
