MOST - fingers - too much typing, both on here and at work (working in IT tends to have that effect)
LEAST - unfortunately, since I split with my fiancee, the pleasurable bit - it's redundant, other than for peeing

My hands get the most use for the simple fact that they are essential to doing almost everything. I think the part that gets the least use would be the back of my ears. I don't use them for anything.

It's a toss up between my brain and my feet for the most use but it's definitely the back of my head for the least used as I don't get as much sleep as I should.

I would say the part of me that gets the most use is my brain. Although some would say that's the part that gets the least used. (Thanks, Mom!) In reality, the parts that get the least attention are the fun bags and the vah jay jay.

My legs get the most use because I run and walk everywhere and the one that gets the least work is my tongue,not much of a talker.
