I do sometimes and it is pretty cool seeing all these people speaking in different languages. For those pf you who don't know the different versions are all the way at the bottom of the screen, you pick which version you want to check out ,example Spanish, Russia, Italy etc.

Before getting ID of Yahoo! of the US, I used to use Yahoo! Japan since I'm a native Japanese. But after getting ID of Yahoo!, I'm hooked on this Y!A and I use it almost every day. And I sometimes check other English versions of Yahoo! Answers(eg. UK and Canada) because I love English. Sometimes I also check French and Spanish versions of Y!A, but I can't get the meanings of them because of my insufficient and introductory proficiency of the 2 languages.
Anyway, I love using Y!A, especially the USA version! :-)
