Oh my dear... I love... LOVE sashimi... And yes I do know the difference from sashimi to sushi.
I have even had the honor of having basashimi.... I got to tell ya raw horse is frickin' AWESOME!

Yep. I just hate the fish eggs that they throw all over some sushi pieces.

Yes. The only problem is that when you buy it at the grocery store or Costco, they add mayonnaise to it. I know real sushi does not have mayo, that's just nasty. So save me some real sushi.
