Potty training rabbits is a hard thing to do. I've had many rabbits, and I've only managed to have a rabbit use her box 100% of the time once. The best thing you can do is get a big box, so that she can get all the way in there if she wants, instead of having to be uncomfortable and hang halfway out. Make sure she likes the litter you're using (most like wood shavings, others like pellets). The next thing you should do is collect some of her droppings, and put them in the box. If she sees it in there, she might get the hint. Or you can try putting her in the box everytime you see her going to the bathroom. That's pretty difficult, but it just might work. Treats and things of that sort really won't work, unless you're willing to give her a treat everytime she uses the litter box.
Good luck!
