I have tried but i gave up after chipping away for months on end and it still wasn't getting any smaller!!!!! Lmao xx

In my life, I have done both. This, at times, could perhaps be a good thing, for instance after "making a mountain out of a molehill" if one is able to reverse the process, that would be beneficial.

Hi Smurfy, Yes I did! many years ago I was in the quarrying industry, and yesterday, I climbed a mountain not far from that Quarry, instead of a small mountain, there is now a large hole! so I suppose I really did help to make a molehill out of a mountain.

Oh yes .... I'm not sure about now ... things have changed for me, I've stopped living in denial and feel more at peace with myself than ever but .... in the past I would get very stressed about the smallest things and would fret for days, working myself into a frenzy and imagining all kinds of horrors.
