As soon as I walked into the MGM Grand hotel/casino in Las Vegas, I was overcome with a lovely scent. It was especially strong in the lobby. Does anyone know what scent they use, and if it's available to purchase anywhere? I'd love to be able to smell it at home.

ANSWER: I contacted the MGM Grand directly and was told that the hotel lobby aroma is Jasmine & Rose, a custom aroma that was created for the MGM Grand by AromaSys.Inc.

I'm not sure what it is, but I know what your talking about. It is a one of a kind smell. MGM is my favorite casino, as soon as I walk in any door I smell that scent and feel like I'm home.

Not sure what it is, but I do know that some casinos/hotels will put fragrances in the air. Go to a good store and explore the air freshener area, you might find something close.
Or go to an aroma therapy store they may be able to help also.

There is a scent and you can buy it in the store. They are actually fragranced, wooden sticks that sell for about $25. Totally worth the price.

maybe you were trailing someones elses perfume.
At the mirage I smelled coconuts/tanning lotion smell throughout.
