I am sure there are Republicans with integrity, but it would be easy to think that they are a dying breed! There has been corruption in the Republican Party in the past few years that is worse than the misdeeds in any political party in history.

There has been indictment after indictment and the investigations are still going on. The same people who have preached "family values" and "integrity" have been involved in financial and sex scandals that make Clinton's little affair seem mild in comparison.

Sure, there have been Democrats who are corrupt, but they didn't present themselves as soldiers in "God's Army," restoring "morality" to the rousing, sinful rabble of the opposition. To hear them talk, one would think no Liberal is a Christian.

As a Congressional Majority, the Republicans were responsible for throwing the Constitution out the window. All they did is rubber-stamp the policies of George Bush, considering themselves an "arm" of the White House. According to our law, they are supposed to have oversight, monitor the White House, and correct the executive branch when it is oversteps its boundaries. Instead, they allowed the lies, got rich with K Street, and pummeled the public with lack of attention to our country's resources, our money, our environment, our Constitutional law.

It has been a picnic watching these people pretend to be perfect, shaking their heads at the Liberal "sinners", then toppling like dominos lined in a row. From Tom DeLay's illegal moves to the sexual advances to Congressional Pages, they have proven that hypocrisy reigns supreme in this New World Order.

Personally, if I hear one more politician....Liberal or NeoCon...mouth the words "Family Values," I may need stomach medication to halt the nausea.

I must insist that a more correct question would be, ‘is there anyone left in American politics with integrity?’

You and I both know this. ;o)
