yes. The tears I cry are a testament to how strong my love for them was and I am unashamed to show them. My sister, my father, my grandma, my best friend's son(suicide) as well as other loved ones lost throughout the years but these are the ones that come to mind right off the bat.
Anger is a saddness masked and elevated. I hope you are able to "come to terms" with your loss.

Yes I have cried thinking about someone that passed away a long time ago...no I don't really feel like talking about it.
I am sorry that you feel so angry with your dad. Everyone has some good in them...try and remember some positive times you had with your dad. It might help you in your grieving process and it might help you get to a place where you can forgive him. Being angry with him isn't worth it...you are holding yourself back. I had a rough relationship with my dad as well. So I know how hard forgiveness can be.
Good luck :)

I lost my father over 20 years ago and just lost my mom July 1 07. I cry nearly everyday since my mom died. I miss her so.
You didn't ask for any advice but this is going to be worth what your paying for it, nothing.
How can your father rest knowing your angry w/him?? Allowing yourself to be okay w/the situation of his impression is taking back your power over those feelings. If you can, let it go. It is stealing your energy and really how much energy can we afford to lose?
Good luck w/that and be well.

Yes. I had an old friend and classmate who died from a car accident. Sometimes it makes me sad to think about her. She was 16 when she died, and it was very unexpected. So much time as passed since the incident and it's just surreal to even think about it.

Of course! I can hardly have any thought of my dad (who died in '99) without tears. He was so kind and funny. My world was much better when he was in it.
