I do. Its very normal and its good for you - body releases "feel good" hormones when you have an orgasm and improves your overall being.

It is normal. But it is also true that it's normal to not masturbate. It's simply NOT the truth that EVERYBODY does it. Maybe most do but not everybody. I do not masturbate, and I do not tell lies about it -- I resent the attitude that labels everyone a liar who has no interest in this activity. If it floats your boat, fine. But you don't have to if you don't want to -- you can have a perfectly normal sex life without ever having jerked off.
