my internet explorer will not open. what could the problem be?

my yahoo messager works so its not the connection. it will try to open but wont.

You can shut down try again. If that doesnt work sounds like something got corrupted. Look through your files for the explorer setup and run it again. That has happend to me before. I just reloaded it.

It's probably just stuck. Do a control-alt-delete to bring up your task manager, and close out any occurances of explorer that you see, and also any DUMPREP if you see it.
