Well there's the obvious fish 'n' chips but they're a bit pricey now. I like the jumbo sausage and I suppose you have to have chips if you go to the chippy even though I don't like potatoes .... thank goodness for warm salt and vinegar.

Hope it's a good chippy. I'd go for either Fish supper, or a smoked sausage supper.

All our local chippys are rubbish these days. I have to go miles to get a decent chip.

Hollands pudding, chips and peas and gravy, or if you are in the wilds of Northumberland, where they don`t do gravy maybe some battered haggis or my favourite battered cheeseburger. I thought it was bizarre, but actually very yummy.
