I don't know what your question is, but I think it's a wonderful idea. Just watch the child and make sure they're not frustrated and overwhelmed.
When I was in high school, the smartest kids were the ones who had started first grade not speaking a word of English. Their parents had told them to keep t a secret. Nowadays we don''t have that kind of stigma, it's out in the open and we know this is a good way to use the power of a child's mind.

Your question is not clear, but if you are asking if your English speaking child will be okay in an all french school, the answer is yes. I used to work as a teacher's aid in an English elementary school. We had many children who couldn't speak a word of English on the first day of school, but was at the head of the class by the end of the school year. Young children pick up languages very easily.

The question isn't clear, but if you're just asking for general advice, a preschooler will pick up French very quickly, far more quickly than an adult would. It may be hard for him/her at first, but being truly bilingual is a great advantage later on.
