You don't have to spend all your time on here you just have to have like 10% best answer in a certain category on the site.To prove say you only answered a few questions and you got a badge it's because out of the amount you did answer a good percentage of them were picked as 'best.'So basically if you really want one then chose your section and just answer a lot in there and it will appear.

Some people get there by going back and voting for their own answers as Best Answer.
Also, it helps if you ask your questions in the correct category.
