Apply for jobs as a prep cook. Prep work is entry level and doesn't require experience, you just have to find someone willing to take you on. I suggest trying non-chain places, like small family owed restaurants. They are usually more willing to teach eager learners.

Check with your culinary school -- student services -- as they usually can help you with your resume, interviewing skills, and leads on job openings. If your school offers employment in "1-day events" -- do as many as you can without hurting your studies. These can be listed on your resume as experience. If you work at one location several times, they might even offer you a job.
