You can't. The healthy amount is about 2 lbs. a week. To lose alot of weight very quickly, you'd have to starve yourself, and that certaintly isn't healthy.

if you are an average size, you should only lose 2 pounds a week or else it's just water after that. However, if you are obese, like say over 200, 300 pounds...you can lose more than that in a week and it still be healthy.

There is no Magic spell,, pill or the like. Diet and Exercise. Take in LESS calories than you use. Typicall female diet...1800-2000 cal/day. So you must exercise to come in below that and cut out some unneccessary foods. And alcohol is an absolute no-no when dieting.

as far as i know, you cant.

starvation diets work, but obviously lie far on the side of unhealthy.

just try to eat healthy and exercise..
