OK now pay attention: People don't get discovered any more. Actors have to work hard and long (sometimes for years and years) to even get a job. There is no easy way to stardom. Forget it.

What theaterdoc said. It doesn't work like that. Every person who has an acting career has worked hard to get it. Either that or they got famous at something else and had to work with coaches. Before you point out someone who you think just came out of nowhere, remember, actors make up stories to make themselves more interesting. Then remember if it is true they are the exception. If you want anything in life you have to earn it. Nothing worthwhile comes easy.

u can't just get discovered. it takes a long time to practice and it takes hard works. you can go to classes and everything but it takes a lot of work. you have to dedicate all of your time to this . then you have to audition for something that a hundred other people are auditioning for. if you knew anything you wouldn't be asking this question.
