Good question Barbie.........I'm baking a trout I caught on Sunday, having it with salad and spuds that I grew my self!!!!!

I'm making beer battered catfish, homemade tartar sauce, and twice baked potatoes. Salad with balsamic vinaigrette and feta on the side.

I hate thinking of meals - really do not enjoy it at all BUT we're having new potatoes, garlic chicken & salad. Should be pretty easy to throw together!
