Yep. A few of the questions are humorous which impresses a character of fun, others display intelligence, and others are down-right nonsense indicating a lack of ingenuity. Yours would indicate an inquisitive nature awaiting an idiotic response.

They say "don't judge a book by it's cover", but you can judge books by what is inside it. You get a little hint of what's inside someone's head by what comes out of it. So yeah, you can judge them, but not base everything you think of them on it. Sometimes people ask questions based on what they think other people want them to say.

Yes people can be judged by the questions they ask. By asking this question I'm sure you've been judged for the questions you've been asked before. Am I right?

You can only judge a little out of them. But you can't judge their whole personality on one question. Or answer.

You can't judge the person from their question? Some people just sit around and think of questions , their questions doesn't reflect that person.

No, not really.
Somewhat, but I could ask a question on how to flirt, and I'm the exact opposite of one. So, you see, you can't really judge by that.

Now son, I see lots of people being insulted for asking simple questions here today. I don't think that's right. Why be disrespectful to someone you don't even know and if they've done nothing to you?

You're a smug smartass.
That's just based on your questions though. It's possible that you're a very cool person.
