I don't go to lunch for another 40 minutes, but I'll only have time to dash home, walk the dog, and grab a handful of multi grain chips and a couple of pieces of low fat turkey, but this afternoon I'll snack on an apple and a little peanut butter, so it's all good!

I am having a supreme club bagel from bruegger's.. Yummy. Then going over to starbucks for a double chocolate chip frappuccino. And no you can't have some. Have fun with your Zone bar.
