The previous wearer of my daughter's soccer uniform didn't wash it before turning it in to the school last year. Now I'm faced with a filthy uniform. It has sweat, mud and grass stains on it. I have used bleach (not recommended for the fabric), Shout, and a detergent paste. It is less noticable, but still dirty. Help!

* Use a good Enzyme powder + add oxygen bleach soaker to wash liquor.

* Soak over night, then wash in warm water followed by two rinses.

* If a not all stains come out - Post spot with dilute Chlorine bleach (a very good destainer). Then rinse twice in cold water.

Good Luck!!

Soak in cold water, Now rub in good old fashioned soap. (Natural Soap). Leaving the soap on for at least 1/2 hr and the clothes free from the water. Back to the cold water , give a rub to the stains, This time rub in more soap , leave the soap on and pop into your machine on a 40ºc normal wash cycle. Once done hang outside in the sun. The Sun will do the rest of the work for you , by bleaching any remaining stains out the natural way. This is the old fashioned way , but work´s . If you still have stains remaining whilst the clothes are still hanging outside . keep sprinkling cold water on them, you will soon see the stains being bleached out. This method for washing your whites , always leaves them whiter than white

simple answer

get a new one, if you can

once these stains have set, hard to get totally out
also, when our girls played, they were very uncomfortable in white...when they perspired (or is it sweat) or in the rain, the white became transparent and they did not like that.

Good luck

Let your clothes soak in hot water for aleast hr that called pre treating.... Most wash machine has that setting. I would pour bleach in water 2 cups of bleach while water is fill up the machine. Add FOCA detergrant " it made in mexico" they sell it at Wal-Mart it cost 3.00 with tax for 5IB bag . I would also re-wash my clothes a second time.
