Disneyworld.com now offers a chat service...i was just on their site looking up vacation palckages and a window popped up asking if i would like to chat live with a cast member. I got a lot of my questions answered! It was AWESOME!!!

i went to go back and use it but i can't find it! it just popped up, so where can i click to use it or how do you get it to pop up?
