I've ate alot the past year and my belly has gotten big while the rest of my body are still thin. is running the fatest and best way to lose this?

how much should i run a day? one mile?

Yes, I run 3-4 miles every morning. But I started off at one and worked my way up. You will lose that tummy before you know it. Do atleast 100 crunches a night too

You should so sit ups and stuff as well. Try running 2 miles everyday, or two miles one day and one the next, with a day or two off. That should help. You can also find some good ab workouts online.

nope a mile isnt gonna cover it im 5 4 and i do 4 miles to melt my belly fat so i think u should do 2 for startes and slowly build ure stamine to get to 4

no, belly fat= situps/crunches. and 1 mile is only buring like 250-300 calories... you need to drink more water, do crunches and aerobic activity... get your heart rate into its target range for 30 to 45 minutes by climbing stairs, jogging or biking.... hope this helps...

power walking and ab exercises! you keep heart rate more steady and its easier on your joints if you power walk with some weights! and swimming is great exercise, all over cardio and toning!!!!!
