Naw, just take a brisk walk today!
enjoy your cake. I am trying lose weight, but I ate a chocolate bar, brownies, apple pie, and garlic cheese bread yesterday, not even counting lunch and breakfast! Yeah I felt a little bad, but it was a once a week thing. No big deal.

Only once slice? Good for you. Even while watching what you eat it's important to eat what you want, just in moderation. Don't feel guilty. One slice on one day isn't going to break your "diet". Good luck.

Its definitely alright to allow urself such little pleasures once in a while. Too short a life this is to spend it depriving ourselves too much like that...
