Before moving out you should take a look at expenses:

Estimating here...

Place to live - $300 - $400 / month
Food - $150 / month
Car? - $100 insurance / month
Gas - $50 - $100 / month
Electricity - $50 / month
Heat/Gas - $25 / month
Phone - $40 / month
T.V?? Internet? - $75 / month

That's about $800 - $1000 a month

you'll need to make at least $1,200 / month after taxes so you can put away for things like clothes, a new car, shoes, dental and medical bills etc.

Taxes are roughly 25%, so that means you need $1,600 / month pre-tax. Roughly $400 a week. 40 hours in a week.

So you'll need to work a $10 / hr job just to try and get by in a very meager manner. Do you have that kind of job?

Are you sure you can drop out of school without parental consent? Most States require consent. Unless you can find someone to accept responsibility for you and your actions, plus your Mother agreeing, it is doubtful you can move out. Your Mom would still be responsible for you.
