Your download speed is 7 mb/s?! Wow... your internet connection is not bad at all I would say it's INCREDIBLE

And to answer your question... when you download from P2P you speeds will always depend on the person you are downloading from. It doesn't matter if you have the fastest connection on earth and the uploader (the person you are downloading from) has dial-up. Your download speed will be the same as his upload speed.

What you can do is, download files that have a lot of seeders (uploaders) this will significanlly improve your download speed. Other than that, you might want to open your ports, if you haven't. And make sure your firewall isn't blocking the your P2P program. If you want to open your ports, you will have to access your modem and configure some settings as well as your P2P. I cannot specifically tell you how as I don't know what modem/p2p program you are using.

that's kind of slow. try upgrading your internet connect. or at the least try to clean out your computer a bit. do 'disk cleanup' and disk defragmentation. that should help a bit. after that you might just need a more powerful computer with more storage space, which would of course cost money. also make sure you have a good virus protection. virus's or fighting virus's all the time can slow things down.

that's slow for your type of connection... but i think the problem is with the source of that file...if the server holding the file has a slow connection it will take a long time to download regardless of your connection

I think that is pretty good since it took me 6 hours to download a 1.36GB file from a website.
