If a wolf got its tail cut of for some reason would it grow back?

They cut off the tails of certain breeds of dogs, like the doberman pincher, and their tails do not grow back. Wolves are basically wild dogs, so they would be the same.

No. Wolves do not have the ability to regenerate parts of their bodies. Just like if you had your arm cut off, it would not grow back. Once the muscle, bone, flesh have been severed there are not the correct type of cells to replace what has been lost.
