Survival is not the same thing as living a comfortable and healthy life. The physicians in Morgan Spurlocks movie Super Size Me equated the changes in Morgans health during his 30-day McDonald's only diet as being equal to an alcoholic pickling his liver.

He gained over 20 pounds in those 30 days and it took about 15 months to lose that weight eating healthy.

Hopefully your question is only a hypothetical one and not something that you plan on trying. If you're going to kill yourself eating, there are much better ways than McDonald's.

If you mean how long it would be before you could not face another meal from there, that would depend on your particular taste buds. The guy in "Super Size Me" ate the large portions but as long as you don't do that, and take exercise you could live for a long time. There was a man in the movie who ate a Big Mac, no chips and he seemed fine.

Don't know but there was a piece in my local paper, this is in the UK, that gave a picture of this happy, smiling elderly couple who ate the same meal EVERYDAY for the last 17 Years, Double cheeseburger and large fries to share, and had estimated they had spent in the region of £20,000 in doing so, isn't that revolting. It didn't say whether that was all they ate, but must be some sort of death wish.

Well, I think that we've seen that thirty days is about the limit from Super Size Me, Morgan Spurlock's movie.
