I would go make an apt. with your doc. for a check-up & see what is going on with your body. You need to be seen by your doc. to diagnose your symptoms, without it....
we would just be guessing.... don't leave your health up to Yahoo Answers....

This is probably just your body's way of telling you that you're menstrating, or about to start...there are a lot of things that happen during that time. Fever, fatigue, all different kinds of pains...etc.

You could try doing a bit of research on endometriosis, which is a condition where bits of tissue similar to that of the lining or the uterus appear elsewhere in the body - generally around the pelvic areas, but also occasionally in stranger places, such as the lung. When you menstruate, these areas of tissue also bleed, which can cause pain depending on where they are.

It's might probably just your body cycle that telling you are menstrating, or about to start? Depend on your body cycle goes? If I were you goes see your doctor.
