Your TSH--Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, is NOT normal. Your lab is using the old normal values, the new normal values are 0.3 to 3.0.
You have mild hypothyroidism. Some of the most common symptoms are:
Fatigue
Weakness
Weight gain or increased difficulty losing weight
Coarse, dry hair
Dry, rough pale skin
Hair loss
Cold intolerance (can't tolerate the cold like those around you)
Muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches
Constipation
Depression
Irritability
Memory loss
Abnormal menstrual cycles
Decreased libido

You don't need to be so dramatic! Its your hormone levels! LH is your hormone that releases an egg in to your tube, fsh is the hormone that makes the egg come out and get ready to release, ovulatory phase is how far along your ovulation process is.
Your hormones are normal! Thats all it means, this is why they don't explain things to patients, they wouldn't understand anyways. Next time don't be so dramatic about asking the question, leave that for the pregnant women who are bleeding or about to go into labor.

if you know this much information, then you must have gone to a doctor and had blood test done and these are the results, your doctor should have told you what it all meant. we are not doctors on here, and if you want to real answer then talk to your doctor not us, we can't answer this kind of question legally.

it means your hormone levels are all in the normal range. and you are either not pregnant, or just conceived and is too early to have a change.
