Well, there's really no 100% cure for ANY disease. Fibromyalgia is just another disease. It's unfortunate, but it's the truth. Many diseases have things to help minimize the time (medicine) or to help prevent catching them (vaccination), but there is no cure, really.

There are some natural supplements that can help with some symptoms like Malic Acid, Methionine, TMG (Trimethylglycine), Magnesium, and some of the B vitamins.

Unfortunately, with something like Fibromyalgia, the best thing you can really do is help to minimize the symptoms until something better might come along.

Find a doctor that specializes in Fibromyalgia. You will get your answer there. At this time I don't think there is a cure for it, because they don't know what causes it. Good Luck

Highly unlikely.

Try a Yahoo search for fibromyalgia + "natural remedies".

Check with a homeopath - Cindee Gardner is a good one. You can Google her.

Also, a great book about natural healing and immune system support which is very helpful for the named, incurable medical diseases that are many times just an immune system that needs revamping: Janet Maccaro's "90-Day Immune System Makeover." http://drjanetphd.com/main.html Dr. Maccaro even has her own recover testimonial in there.

Another good author on the subject of "curing" incurable diseases is Jordan Rubin http://www.themakersdiet.info/. The newest of his I've read is "The Great Physician's Rx to Health and Wellness." It is very good! Jordan is recovered from many debilitating, incurable diseases which had him at deaths door and searching for health for several years. He is a walking testimonial whose life experience led him to share the possibility of recovery with the world as a lifetime mission.

Best to you !!!

How can there be a cure if they have yet to determine a cause?

When testing has ruled everything else out, they declare it to be fibromyalgia. How do you cure something you have no test for?

I would recommend trying:
1. Detoxification program under a knowledgable expert.
2. Massage
3. Exercise
4. Excellent diet
5. Eliminate nutritional deficiencies
6. Check for and treat depression

I believe that a perfect diet (including awareness of food sensitivities), proper supplements/herbs, SSRIs, regular neuromuscular massage, a regimented exercise program, and freedom from bad stress would bring about a reduction in symptoms on par with remission for most sufferers. But who has the time, money, support system, and understanding family for that?
