All I can say is, as usual the conspiracy buffs will latch onto just about anything and blow everything way out of proportion in order to find a few more 'aliens'. With all these Moon landing or Moon coverup/alien stuff, there are three main questions that overshadow everything else, and these are:
1. If the aliens are here, and they don't want to be seen, why can we still see them?
2. If the aliens are here, and they want to be seen, why haven't they contacted us openly?
3. If there was any kind of NASA Moon coverup during the Apollo era, why did Russia never say anything on the subject, when they had the best capability to do so and the most to gain by doing so?
But no, the conspiracy buffs never think about the actually large, important things like this. They much prefer to cherry-pick a few anomalous details...or, worse, to find perfectly normal details and claim that there is something anomalous about them, while ignoring the big questions that kill their theories dead on the spot. People just don't use logic anymore, do they?

The story may, of course, be true but I hardly think an article on You Tube can be regarded as final proof about anything.

I'm afraid there are so many conspiracy theories around these days that a bit of hearty scepticism is required when a new one surfaces. It would be very easy to modify genuine NASA photographs to show the artifacts the clip claims were there.

No, you dont have "proof," what you have is ignorance.

You should look into things like:
-what is required for life (as we know it) it exist
-what are the chances that life exists on other planets
-what are the chances that INTELLIGENT life exists on other planets
-what are the chances that there exists another planet that is hospitable enough to support life
-What would it take for Intelligent life (should it exist) to travel to our solar system (i.e., light speed)

All of these probablilites have been calculated.

Also, a bit of advice: *consider the source* You should not put fait in any scientific information that does not come from a *Peer Reviewed Scholarly Journal*.

(Encyclopedias are more informative than this popular fiction, but even encyclopedias do not update their information enough to keep up with the current research being published in scholarly journals.)

Complete nonsense! These are signal dropouts and such, which were airbrushed out to make for prettier pictures in press releases. The originals are all being made available online in unretouched format, and I'm sure you won't see bases, towers, or UFOs, because they don't exist, except in some people's imaginations. Someone was obviously playing a practical joke on the gullible guy in the video.
