At level 2 you can ask 10 Questions per day - which is only TWICE as much - NOT 3 times as much.
But hey! You achieved a new level. Congratulations! Keep going! You will be level 3 in no time.

If you got the points then use them..if your interests grouping is that broad then why not use them all? All three of them.
