I've been dating my girlfriend for 6 years, and we are now 27. We both love each other so much. She wants to make love with me. I don't want to make love with her just yet. I want to wait until we are 32 until we start a family. and plus, I don't want her to be pregnant at this time. I am planning to marry her soon, maybe at 29 ish. Will this effect my relationship with her? Will she think that I don't find her beautiful or sexy enough to make love? Have you ever been in this situation before? How did you felt when you wanted it but your boyfriend doesn't? Is waiting for marriage bad for the relationship? will she think I don't love her enough for marriage? I am sure she wants to get married since she told me.

Just tell her that you're not ready, and that you plan on marrying her soon (in the next year or two). Tell her since you've made it this long without doing it, you'd really like to wait until you're married. Then, once you're married she can get on Birth control.. no biggie. You've been together this long, so obviously love each other.. she should understand.

waitig until marriage is not a bad thing, but you need to make sure she is ok with that too. There are ways of having sex and not becoming pregnant, and I really think you will enjoy it! If you have been together that long and have never had sex I can see how she might think that you don't want her or something like that.

Your time line is way off.....@ 32ish womens' egg viablity start to deminish! By 35 when you get pregnant you are supposed to check for birth defects because both the sperm and egg health have declined. You wait too long there may not be any children.

you have been together a long time. If you are going to marry her get on with it. There is a strain being put on the relationship. Your time line is a long. Do not wait to long to have children it gets harder as time goes by
