They stop making breakfast around 10:15 and breakfast items are served until all are sold or they run out of safe serving time. This usually is around 10:30.

Universally it is 10:30 am exactly. I was in line for 5 minutes and exactly at 10:32 I wanted breakfast, and they said they stopped serving. So pissed! So yes, it doesnt matter where you go, just get your breakfast before 10:30 :)

When I worked at McD's in Hollywood, FL it was 10:30AM when they would stop making the breakfast foods (though the leftovers were still available till 11:00) and start on the lunch foods.
