Where are you, and who is stopping you from playing at school or home? What are you wanting to play? Games? Musical Instruments? I need more information to give an accurate answer to this question.

Hard to know if your rights have been violated without knowing what kind of "playing" you are not allowed to do and the reasons for it. Obviously, you can play on the computer.
