I was the same at 5 weeks, i was getting leg aches, just do gentle excercises and rest when your body tells you too. A good diet, plenty of rest and just be happy!!! embrace this special gift!!!

I went through the same thing. I had leg cramps before I even knew I was pregnant, felt like the muscle was on fire. Every night I wake out of a sound sleep, jump from bed, and run around the room. My husband thought I was nuts. Well, I wasn't nuts, just pregnant. Unfortunately for me, the cramps, no matter what I ate, didn't stop until I delivered.

Leg cramps are normal with pregnancy. Do some stretches and take a tylenol if you want. Not more than 650 ml.

It is normal so have some cramping in your legs as well as your abdomen. Try eating some foods with calcium and potassium(milk, cheese, yogurt, banana, baked potato) and do some stretches.

YES! Its your uterus and ligaments growing. Totallllly normal. My doctor told me as long as it was not any more intense than menstrual cramps that its was normal.
